Problems with closet doors can often be easily fixed. The mirrored sliding doors each ride on two wheels, one at each end of the door. The plastic wheels run in the narrow slots found in the lower rail. The upper ends of the doors are guided in a track, but (it is important to understand) the doors are not “hung” from the top. They are completely supported by the wheels at the bottom which support the door above the lower track.
Sometimes, the bottom of the doors may begin dragging along the lower rail because one wheel or the other is not holding the door high enough to clear the track. Be sure that the wheel is riding in the narrow track. If the door doesn't move smoothly, adjust the screw (the one circled in red) to raise the door slightly. To raise the door, turn the screw COUNTER CLOCKWISE.
If you raise one end, you may need to raise the other end also so that the door is level. Otherwise the gap where it meets the wall will not be even from top to bottom.
